Calling All Hooman Heroes:

Rusty is a 2 year old, cute as he can be Husky who came into the Stockton Animal Shelter as a stray. Rusty has been here eagerly awaiting his fur-ever pawents to come adopt him, but he's been here for over 2 months now and his time and hope is running out.

From his assessment notes, Rusty is a rock star. He is alert, gorgeous, fabulous, affectionate, and mannerly. He's a very playful dog, very active and adventurous, and he would love a yard to get his zoomie on. 

Rusty allows all handling with ease, and we suspect he would be good with children. Rusty doesn't like cats or small animals, but the bottom line is he's a good boy!

NW Snow Dogs and Arctic Rescue will both take him in with an approved foster, so we are looking for someone in the Northwest, within an hour of Provo Utah, or someone located in Idaho, Oregon or Washington state to foster this sweet boy.
